Do I need a card to start?
No. Trial and Free cost nothing and never ask for payment details, and Pro is free for invitees while it’s invite-only.
How do I get Pro?
Pro is invite-only for now. Request an invite on the Pro card above with the email on your jstash account. When we invite you, Pro is switched on for that account — no card, and free until Pro opens to everyone. We’ll tell you well before any charge, and you can choose to stay on Free.
How will payment work?
When Pro opens to everyone, upgrading will open Stripe Checkout. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; jstash never sees or stores your card number.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, any time. When Pro opens to everyone, Billing in the dashboard will open the Stripe customer portal. Pro runs to the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Free.
What happens to my bins if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted and every bin keeps its URL. Private bins stay readable with your API key but become read-only until you upgrade again — or you can switch them to public.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Stripe will email a receipt for every payment, and invoices will be downloadable from the customer portal.
